Hi! My name is Sadie and I am a four year old english bulldog. I love swimming, chewing bones, chasing after tennis balls and going on walks with my family. I used to ride on semi trucks and then I was adopted into a new family in October of 2012. Now I have a Dad (who I adore), a mom, a sister pug, and two cat sisters. Plus, we are having a new addition this upcoming May I hear it is a human baby. This blog is the story of the recent events of my life.
On January 20, 2014 my parents took me to the doctor because I was not feeling well. The doctors said I needed to have an emergency spay as I had very infected uterus. After a two person emergency surgery and a night in the hospital I got to go home. My parents knew something was wrong right away. I could no longer move my back end. The doctors said I just had too much medication in me and to wait but I never regained strength in my back end. Since January my family has taken me to a special doctor who does acupuncture, physiotherapy, and other holistic therapies. Plus, my dad does physio-therapy with me. This blog is going to detail the ups and downs as I hopefully learn to be free again!
